Carole Parks started her catering business in 1987. She built it in to one of Atlanta’s leading catering companies and was recognized as a top caterer for the 1996 Olympics. After growing the business for 27 years, Carole decided to retire in the summer of 2014. Laura Rogers, Carole’s daughter and employee of the catering firm since 1989, decided to start a new company and partnered with Marie Hannon. Laura and Marie had been working together on events for several years and decided to bring their experience to the already great reputation of the firm.
They have re-branded as C. Parks Catering & Events. The company is now a one-stop-shop for all of your event needs: from lighting to drapery, furniture to floral arrangements, and of course, the best catered food around. C.
